Divine Mercy Sunday: 2011

This, the 1st day of May, In the year of our Lord - 2011
The month we give honor to our Blessed Mother, Mary
The day we celebrate the Beatification of John Paul 11
On this, day of our Lord, Jesus, Divine Mercy Sunday
On this, most special of days, a day of unique grace
Almighty God, and our Father,  sends a message to all:

My children, I gave you my beloved Son, Jesus
My children, I gave you my daughter, Mary, too
My children, I gave you my child, John Paul 11
On this day, the Mercy of God, I give to you!
 
For a world that is in dire need
Is one of love, mercy, and peace
This day,  a day, the Lord has made
Let all people rejoice and be glad

Not by chance has this come to you
Not by chance, these are special times
Not by chance, did Jesus die for you
Not by chance, did Mary weep for her Son
Not by chance, she now weeps for me and you
Not by chance, did God give us John Paul 11
Not by chance,  at this time, the year of 2011
Not by chance, will graces pour out of  heaven
