Seeing, dreaming, feeling you

Thinking, hearing, sensing too

Longing, singing, praising you

Source of truth sustaining me

The rhythm of my heartbeat

I see you when people smile

Dream of you while I sleep

Seeking you to be set free

Lord, I think of you every day

Hear you speak when I pray

Sense your love absorbing me

You are the joy of my life

I surrender my life to thee

Sing praises amidst the stars

Praise the beauty of flowers

The work of your gentle hands

Praise to you...the Son of Man

One in the Lord

Coming from different places

Is not a choice of our own

Yet we share many graces

The greatest....being born

There are labels placed on us

Some seen and some unseen

In the end we return to dust

So let's live out the dream

Let everyone live in peace

Sharing love with our families

Extending a hand to a friend

Is all that matters in the end

Forget about every division

Rules of the powers that be

We're all the children of God

We need to live in harmony

Coming from different places

Sharing heaven sent graces

Live our lives in one accord

Different...Yet, one in the Lord

Do I Speak the truth

What will I do to be closer to you

Am I willing to loosen the chains

The forces keeping me from truth

Face to face with pain everyday

Fighting on every step of the way

A weakened man in love with you

Running away from lustful things

Recognizing the price that is paid

Is followed up by sweeter things

Freed from the bondage of things

Born of water and Spirit

Life transformed anew

Sin ushered by the wind

Born again...born again

The Light of freedom

Shining down upon you

True faith is believing

Hope is faith renewed

Allow your spirit to fly

A heart beating in tune

Wisdom comes alive

Walk the way of truth

Born of water and Spirit

Washed clean from sin

Born again...born again

Living in the Spirit...again

Glorified

One day we will part
One will rise one will fall
One less beating heart
One day hearing the call

This natural separation
A divine parting of ways
The spirit leaps rejoicing
As the former life decays

Once time has vanished
All elements passed away
The grand design awakens
Creation is put on display

All things again made new
The spirit and flesh unified
Eternity shall never undo
The children of God glorified

Where have you been my friend

Haven't seen you for a while
How's it going...is everything okay
It's so nice to see you anyway

Things are the same in this place

Just look around...see the grace
Everyone's trying to keep the faith
Nice to see you again...my friend

There is joy and there is peace

A glimmer of hope in every misery
Hanging on is very hard to do
My friend...it's so nice to see you

I know the place I see in your eyes

I've lived in your world many times
I was about to throw it all away

Feeling the gentleness of His touch

The Faith Embrace

Searching for inner peace

Stumbling along the way

When will the pain cease

The shackles taken away

Day after day is a struggle

Riding on this go around

Face to face with struggle

Seems the devil is in town

But I will not give in to hell

Because my Lord is risen

Though all is not going well

By His blood I am forgiven

Searching for the answers

Absorbed in amazing grace

Faith is all that matters
