Words we hear over and over

Lose their meaning over time
Though they can be revealing
If we allow the sun to shine

There is power in the word

Those spoken and those heard
They bring joy; heartache too
The breath of life in all we do

Expressions of truth and love
Inspirations sent from above
From the depths of the soul

Helping to comfort a friend

Bringing conflict to an end
Revealing truth over time
