People are searching for something real
Looking high up to the heavens above
Seeking answers to the questions below
In time, with faith, all will come to know

Our eyes are clouded with earthly things

For a moment the vice extends pleasure
Seek out wisdom and the joy it brings
Peace is freedom and a lasting treasure

Temptation pulls us in many directions

Leading us always to dead end roads
But there is hope in the face of rejection
The source of power where mercy flows

Seek out first the narrow path to truth

The answer is found where it all began
The question: "Who do you say that I am?"
“The Christ of God." Son of the Great, I AM!
 

Run to the Lord

People are racing for the door

Running and lusting for more
Caught inside the worldly vice
Family life is being sacrificed

Priorities of the game changed

Normality becoming estranged
Devotion is being undermined
It is the time for getting mine

Lifestyles of glamour and fame
Dignity sold for a life of shame
Pouring forth sweet as honey
Money, money, money, money

Many though are playing ball

Through it all they stand tall

Sacrificing all and doing right

Day after day fighting the fight

True joy is the love of the Lord

An everlasting harmonious chord

The voices of the angels sing

Praise be God our glorious King

Reach out to your fellow man

The Kingdom of God is at hand

Truth awaits you behind door

Run to the Lord; search no more!

Imagine the joy; sleepless nights in conversation
Away from the noise, the bustle and temptation
Imagine the peace; the quiet peaceful solitude
