They are God's creation

 

So beautiful are they

Loving, warm and faithful

Though they may stray

From a short distance

Watching in utter dismay

Scratching and limping

Slowly walking away

Loving hearts rescue

Trying to relieve the pain

There is no way to undo

From where they came

They are God's creation

Made in His Divine image

Though they will stray

Watching from a distance

Patiently; lovingly await

A healing transformation

Destined to be saved

We have been rescued

By blood we are saved

Within the path of truth
